Day 3 is off to a good start! I did this workout:
Breakfast: 1 Medium Banana and 1 Fairlife Salted Caramel
Protein Shake.
Lunch: Baked Potato, topped with a serving of Trader Joe's Lite 3 Cheese Blend, a serving of Daisy Sour Cream and 1 cup of roasted broccoli and cauliflower.
Dinner: Dill Pickle Salad.
Snack: Chobani Greek Yogurt Black Cherry on the bottom.
I love the work out. Where did you find them? I have never heard of a pickle salad. I need to Google it. I am on a diet myself. Are you following a vegetarian diet?
ReplyDeleteI believe that it's a Taylor's Farm salad. It just has a really good flavor to it. While I'm not fully vegetarian, I'm trying to focus more on eating less meat.
