Happy Friday! I feel like I've been a little lax in writing here, but I am trying to be more consistent. As some of you may know, I've been on this journey for quite some time. To be quite honest, this is NOT my lowest weight. Of late, I've been listening to various audiobooks relating to self improvement/discovery. If you haven't spent some time there, it can be very revealing. Recently, I've listened to Candace Cameron Bure's Kind is the New Classy and Rachel Hollis' Girl, Wash Your Face. I can't say I agree with everything that's said in some of the books I have listened to in the last year, but these two hit home for different reasons. I have recently been reminded from these books and from things people have posted on Facebook and Bible Studies that have been sent to me, etc., that I need to stop comparing myself and my journey to others and their journey.
